Charitable Solicitation Disclosures
Heal The Hero Foundation is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 47-4750390), and contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A copy of our most recent financial report, IRS Form 990, and state registration information is available on request by contacting cassidee@healthehero.org or 888-651-1557. Registration with a state agency does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by that state.
California Residents
We collect only the personal information described in our Privacy Policy — such as your name, contact details, and donation records — and use it to process gifts, send receipts, answer inquiries, and run our programs. California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the details below. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Other State Privacy Notices
Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon) may make the same requests to access, correct, or delete their personal information. We respond to every verified request regardless of where you live, and you may appeal any decision by replying to our response.
